I’m a Dominican, born-and-raised New Yorker and CUNY graduate — and a designer intentionally shifting my practice toward civic service design. My work focuses on creating clear, community-centered communication and design for the low-income and BIPOC communities in NYC that shaped me, grounded in equity, access, and public impact.
I’m currently pursuing an MA in Strategic Communication at Baruch College (CUNY) as an Edmond J. Safra Fellow, while actively updating my portfolio to reflect public-sector, nonprofit, and education-focused civic design work. After spending the past year in the private sector, I realized I wanted my work to matter in a different way — to genuinely support the people and neighborhoods I come from through deeper leadership and systemic impact.
Hi, I’m Angy!
